Grown from seed out of the garden potentially a cross between Confusa and Oiwakensis. Forms long leaves up to 1M long comprised of up to 14 leaflets. New growth emerging with red/bronze colours fading to green. Large racemes of yellow flowers which are scented. A mahonia with a classy difference to the standard amenity planted varieties.
