At the checkout, we ask you to complete your contact details, delivery address. 

As it works at Swines Meadow Farm Nursery, we prefer to discuss your purchases with you, hence after you have compiled and processed your wish list, we can email confirmation of availability/size/suitability. 

Only when we assess and confirm final cost we will contact you and then we can either take payment via credit card over the phone or you can arrange a bank transfer.

We are also offering local delivery(15miles) during the current health crisis In the Deepings for free, further just a token amount to cover fuel and time. Payment taken over phone goods delivered to gate no contact and social distance respected for everyones sake especially our precious NHS workers.

Delivery charge is worked out to number of items and size of boxes

On average carriage works out at between £15 -£18 per box of plants for next day delivery. These delivery charges are a guidline it could work out cheaper for lighter items or non time crucial items. Also Deliveries to Scottish highlands and remote areas can incur higher charges. We do endeavour to get the keenest price for quality/time we can with the couriers but during the present crisis they are also under pressure and we ask that you grant us and the m patience. If Weather is looking as if it is going to be really hot then we may defer delivery for the safety of the plants.

Smaller items could be less several items can be combined to cut down individual shipping charge.

We only ship Monday to Wednesday as we use next day  and 1-2 day delivery in UK so plants are not too long in boxes. (This service is sometimes taking a day longer due to the pressures on the courier companies)

EU items will be longer in transit and will cost more and shipped at buyers risk
