Palm Leaf Sedge. Narrow upright stems whorls of spiky leaves. Herbaceous for us. 30-50cm ht in a clumping plant. Shade to semi shade but needs adequate moisture as it is a typical sedge. Spikes of tan flower early Summer onwards.
